    Wolf Trot 5K Run 2017 (90 years of Tradition)

    As a race official, I directed the runners where to go on the track. Even if I wasnt personally running, I felt excited and exhilarated for the runners when they reached me, because I was at the homestretch marker.

    Remote Area Medical (RAM)

    It was my first volunteer experience of college. I signed up with my club, AMSA UNR. I enjoyed making glasses and learning about what goes into a prescription of glasses. I learned a little about ophthalmology and utilized my teamwork and communication skills. I feel really happy that I was able to help people around the area get glasses. I would definitely do this again.
