Helping children find toys that they wanted and to see their faces when we gave them the toys and blnakets is something that I will never forget. It was such a great expereince to have an impact with those kids and it was really heart warming to see all the toy donations and the community of reno come together to help others that were affected by the California fires that took hundreds of people's homes.

I got a chance to go bak to my old elemeentary school and was able to set up games and other booths for the annual fall festival. Although i wasn't able to stay to see the costume contest, being able to help set up this event that I went to as a kid really warmed my heart! I had a great time

Darby @ Northern Nevada Food Bank
I spend a few hours a month volunteering at Northern Nevada Food Bank and to see how much food is donated is really heartwarming. It is very difficult to see people be hungry in my community so the chnage to give back and help them survive with food is something I am grateful to do.
