I didn't know what I was supposed to do when I got there since there was no check-in desk or anyone with specific instructions. Adriana was helpful in directing but the setup was mostly complete by the time I got there.
This is my second time doing this and I enjoy interacting with the students. My only issue was being unable to get the Google Voice to work so having a better way to know where spot savers are needed would be good. It could also be helpful to advertise the event in the library a week before and have handbills throughout with the text number in case students forget the number.
