You are expected to be professional, dress business casual in clothing that could get dirty from food or moving decoration boxes, wear sensible shoes as there is a lot of walking and standing, take direction from Center staff, ask for clarification, engage with students and their families, smile and have fun!

| Description | Take decoration boxes to the Ballrooms, set up tables and tablecloths, set up decorations on tables, unwrap vases, unwrap lanterns, gather tea lights to place on tables and in lanterns, fill vases with water, spread flower petals, fill drink dispensers with water and set on cart, prepare cups and napkins, organize honor cords, set up diploma scrolls on trays and certificates on stage tables, set up gift table with t-shirts and other graduate gifts for graduates participating in the event, store decoration boxes as directed, and perform other duties as assigned. |
