Mindful Us is committed to create a welcoming space for students to connect, practice mindfulness, and mutually support all club members' overall health and well-being. We discuss and practice both mindfulness and meditation. We share the basics of mindfulness and meditation through social, artistic, educational, and volunteering activities. Paying attention to the present moment on purpose, nonjudgmentally is the main focus in the club. Collectively, we strive to foster an aim towards strengthening each other's and the campus' well-being through mindfulness and meditation.
Our meetings happen every Tuesday at 6:30pm in WRB 3005!
