Mindful Us is committed to create a welcoming space for students to connect, practice mindfulness, and mutually support all club members' overall health and well-being. We discuss and practice both mindfulness and meditation. We share the basics of mindfulness and meditation through social, artistic, educational, and volunteering mediums. Paying attention to the present moment on purpose, non-judgmentally is the main focus in the club. Collectively, we strive to foster an aim towards strengthening each other's and the campus' well-being through mindfulness and meditation.
Our meetings happen every Wednesday from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm in Frandsen Humanities 106
