About

Join the Center for Student Engagement as we celebrate early voting and Election Day voting! We’ll be showing the collective power of our voices by voting together this year. That’s why I’m asking you to join us for this special "Get out the Vote" canvassing event. We will be placing Voting door hangers on houses surrounding the campus.

Please wear Wolf Pack gear as this is a nonpartisan event. No campaign buttons, shirts, signs will be allowed.

You must wear a face covering and we will provide gloves.

What to do/not do:

DON’T knock on the doors; just place them on the door handle
DO be quiet and respectful to the people who live there
DON’T leave extra hangers on the ground
DO be respectful of people’s lawns
DON’T put them in the mailboxes—that is for mail only

Requirement Details

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:

Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
